Adobe banner ads locking up game

As of 12/6/2023, whenever a banner ad from Adobe appears above or beside my game screen, the entire game freezes up and I get a page not responding error - I cannot click on anything on the screen.  "Wait" does not work.  I can only exit the page and try to reload, but the issue happens again anytime an Adobe ad comes up, preventing me from playing or completing games..  This is very frustrating..  There may be another advertiser that causes the problem, but I can't tell who because the ad does not resolve and is just a black box.   This happens with all games I've tried: Trizzle, Poppit Bingo, etc.   Browser: Chrome (current release).

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • If possible, share a screenshot
