I have a free Pogo account, so I have to watch ads before I play games. Starting late last week, Pogo got some new ads. They are only 10 seconds long (in most cases). The problem is, most of the time they load, but the ad video doesn't play. If you click on the video, it goes to the advertiser's web site, but the ad still doesn't play. I have to keep reloading the Pogo game until one of the normal ads (like Adobe or Disney) comes up.Last Saturday, the same ad kept coming up, and I couldn't play any games at all. Finally I deleted all the cookies for Pogo, and then the normal ads showed up (I had to log back in, because I deleted that cookie too).Now occasionally these 10 second ads are starting showing up again.Pogo needs to investigate this issue and maybe contact the advertiser to fix the videos.

No -- I don't think so. The weird thing is that once in a while the ads play, but most of the time they don't. It's only on the 10 second ads. Anyway, I'll start using my laptop, and see if I have the same problem. I'll also drag out an old Linux Mint laptop that I use for experimenting on, and see if that experiences the same issue (yes I can play Pogo games on it).

I tried playing Quinn's Aquarium on my laptop running Linux Mint and Firefox. This device has the bare minimum loaded. The first ad was one of those ten-second ads, and it did not run. I hit reload, and the ad that popped up was a Pogo ad, advertising the advantages of paying for an account, and that ran fine. So I think the problem is on Pogo's end. Is it possible that someone hacked your ads?

@EA_Illium I am having the same issue. It started last week too. I do not have an ad blocker of any kind. It's very frustrating. I sure hope you can get it fixed soon.

The current problem ad. It's NOT an ad for anything. It's the only ad that even tries to load.
