Any way to get Jet Set Solitaire Missing Badge?

On October 18, 2022 at 5:08 AM EDT, I posted the following in the Pogo Forum:

Did *not* receive the Yellowstone Coach Badge after completing the Airport Level with 2 of 3 stars.

I will wait to redo the Airport Level to get the final 3rd star and the Yellowstone World Class Badge, as I have earned 26 of 27 Yellowstone stars.

I checked Classic Pogo for the two Jet Set Solitaire Yellowstone Game Award badges. There are 2 Yellowstone Game Award entries, but no associated badge art rectangles. Also, the Yellowstone Coach Badge entry still lists "Play Now" to earn badge.

After the Pogo Site came back up after maintenance on Tuesday, 10/18/2022, I replayed the Yellowstone Airport Level [once], got the final 3rd star, and I earned the Yellowstone World Class Badge. I did *not* receive the Yellowstone Coach Class Badge.

EA Help: Is there any way that I can get the missing Yellowstone Coach Class Badge?

    Hi @quietdiWR Try selecting the following case details to see if you are able to get a contact method to speak with someone a little sooner.

    Hi @quietdiWR For missing Pogo Badges, I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a look at your account and see what options we may have. 

    • EA Help website - Live Support (Phone, Chat, Email) 
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

    I have tried filling out the EA Help > Pogo > Email Us form three times, and I have yet to get an activated SEND button.

    My name and Email Address displayed are correct.

    I have added 1388/5000 characters in the Issue Text, but the Text box continues to have a red outline.

    EA Help Phone and Chat options are not available for Missing Content.
