Is anyone else having an issue where the backgrounds are not loading and are blank for July? For instance, one is supposed to be "Spanish Stucco", but mine is only a blank blue background. And for the next to be earned after that, it is also showing the same as the "Spanish Stucco". I can set any others as background, but July's do not show designs.

I am having the same problem with monopoly sudoku not fully loading...it lets you all the way in until you select your rate you want to play in but won't completely load.
Why is there no way to get real help for Pogo bugs? No one answers questions, there's no other way to contact except this forum, which evidently isn't even monitored or checked. I'd cancelled my subscription once before when there were unresolved issues, but came back last year. Maybe it's just time to stay cancelled... my money isn't getting me anything.

To be clear, my game loads and I am able to play. But you get new wallpapers every month, and mine no longer shows anything other than the title. No stucco, no flamingoes, nothing for July. Also, no answers or help. Cancelling my membership.
I'm having the same problem. I've gone back to the New York wallpapers because the blank ones are just sad! It's like pogo forgot to upload the images for July or uploaded solid blue images? Strange.
Looking at all the technical issues as of today, with no responses from anyone from Pogo, it's just ridiculous.
The only way to get anyone to respond, and it's not particularly helpful, is to message them on Facebook. I was told they were working on the issue that I brought up, but it's been over two weeks, and it's still not resolved.
