We've made some changes on our side, Can you clear cache/cookies and then confirm if this is still happening?

I did that and it still won't work.

Thanks for sharing these details, I tried on chrome and edge on my Windows 10 PC and was able to have my avatar load on both Bot play and with other players. 

I am wondering about the difference in our devices, Can you share a DxDiag?

Mine is the same. I’ve tried on my PC, windows 10, chrome and my iPad.

I can't figure out how to share DxDiag. Hope this is what you need.
