Bejeweled blitz, Blitz Quests

I have had something similar.  I've done plenty of quests for the points but it just lets me see that part of the progress is shows that I've done nothing.  I've gotten 12 or so of the answers by her actions.

I have had the loss of points that I clearly earned a few times.  If the game event says to collect so many of something, it doesn't always count them especially when it is a 0/1 for number of games instead of 0/500 for the number of gems.  I just did one that needed 250 for one chest in Pro and 1300 in regular.   I was given the credit for the 1300 and not the 250 game and I had already been playing on that level.   It is annoying for it to keep happening and never knowing when it will happen.
