Same loading issues experienced for a week now.
I have emailed EA twice...so far no response.

Same here. Last Monday got a pop-up message about not being connected to the internet, even though I was connected and everything else worked, including Bejeweled Blitz. Tuesday I got a pop-up message/error about a refresh error when trying to play the game. Cleaned the cache, browsers, system, checked for any updates, & rebooted laptop. Nothing works. Can't play.
**Adding an edit to clarify: The pop-up message re not being connected to the internet was ONLY with Bejeweled Blitz, nowhere else. Also having issues with Facebook (play games through FB) in that only the first post shows up on my timeline in FB when using Google/Edge browsers, but no issues Mozilla Firefox; what the heck. Bejeweled Blitz on FB in Firefox doesn't work at all - tells me to "update Adobe Flash." Something is seriously wrong. - 305842aa0fbbb6fb3 months agoSeasoned Newcomer

Same! Even though it was announced on the Facebook page that it was resolved and working. It would seem they missed a few people.

They should either fix the problem or remove the game from Facebook. I like playing Bejeweled Blitz, but gets frustrating having to reload after every board.

Ok. It's been about two weeks or more for this issue. Game doesn't reload after a round of play. EA has proven itself to be garbage by not responding to, or fixing the problem. Fine with me. There are other companies to spend money on.

EA Games will lose their audience and membership if these issues continue. Two weeks is more than enough time to correct this issue. I have tried every suggestion they have offered and I only play on Facebook, not on my phone or other device.
