Can I just clarify that you all have the exact same issue as the OP with the same message stating "Unavailable" ?
Yes, that's the issue we're all having. Where it says "Unavailable" for Hutcracker and Fanzanite gems. It allows us to keep accruing them but not use them. It seems to have started after the last update.
The Support person I spoke to weeks ago told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't do anything. They also suggested I try it on a PC. And they work there. If they're used there, they come out of the cache from the mobile version as well. But you cannot use them on the mobile version since the latest update weeks ago.
