I have done the following:
- Restarted my laptop, which is running Windows 11 with the latest updates as of this month's Patch Tuesday.
- Cleared all cache and cookies from my browser (Firefox 98.0.2, the latest level)
- Opened an Incognito/Private browser window
After each and every step I continue to not be able to use the Rain Deer power up. I am attaching the DxDiag file as well as another screenshot of the game. If you look at the blue gems, you can see two of them are "raining" and four of them are not. Those that are not "raining" cannot be moved/swapped with adjacent gems.

- @EA_Illium Do you have a status on this bug? I still cannot USE the Rain Deer power up, yet there doesn't seem to be any problem PAYING for it. :-(
