Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting Niles to load.

I actually played a bit of Pogo slots myself earlier and was able to get Niles to load okay so we might need a bit more information to look into this for you.

Can you let us know if you're playing on mobile or PC?

If on Mobile can you let us know if you're playing on Android or iOS and what version?

If on PC can you let us know what Operating System (Windows or Mac) as well as what browser you are using and if that browser is fully updated.

Can you also let us know your Pogo username as this will make it easier for the team to investigate the issue.

I am using my PC with Windows. I have tried playing this game for months with no success with Niles. I have tried playing on Microsoft Edge and Chrome and it does not work on either one. And my pogo username is emoney402025 you referenced it at the beginning of your message. I have two challenges that I am trying to complete on Niles. I also have trouble with Solitaire Home Story I can not Give Kate the Tour to level up when I click on it it just freezes up and I can't do anything else. I am really thinking about cancelling my subscription if these issues cant be solved. I dont think it is fair for me to pay money and I can't even play games or complete challenges

Hello for over 6 months now I have been having trouble with Solitaire Home Story I have reported it on here and other places and it still has not been fixed. I have 430 stars and it will not let me get past Chapter 3 give Kate a tour. It just freezes up and won't do anything else. I am really thinking about cancelling my club pogo subscription if I can't get this issue fixed. I don't think I should be paying monthly if I can't even move up in the games.

At times when a game freezes while playing on a browser-based gaming site like Pogo it is due to:

• Outdated graphics drivers: Drivers that aren’t updated can struggle with rendering graphics.
• Insufficient memory (RAM): Heavy games can consume more memory than your system has available, leading to stutters or crashes.
• Browser cache overload: Too many cached files or cookies can slow down performance.
• Background processes: Other apps running simultaneously may hog CPU or memory resources.
• Extensions or plugins: Some browser add-ons interfere with game scripts or graphics rendering.
• Outdated browser: Games require the latest browser updates for compatibility.
• If you or anyone reading this is a Windows 10 user, this could also be an underlying issue. 

Additionally, there is a Service Alert for Solitaire Home Story.
