Bejeweled Stars Level 957

For the last few days I am having issues when I play level 957 in Bejeweled Stars

I am trying to achieve 3 stars in Bejeweled Stars Level 957 and I can play one or two games without a problem. When I try to play again the game again it will freeze or keeps cycling falling jewels and will not stop. 

I have to exit the game and go back in and try again and the same pattern will repeat. I have tried clearing my history and three different browsers and it happens on all of them. The more I try to play the worse the problem gets.

I have also tried on three different computers and it has occurred on all three.

    All the devices I play on are up to date.

    I have cleared all the cookies/cache in all three different browsers I used. I have tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox with the same results as detailed in my original post.

    The only thing I have not tried is Incognito Mode.

    At this point when the problem occurs there is no error message. It either freezes or keeps cycling through dropping gems.

    I appreciate your time and suggestions.

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...
