Bejeweled Stars

bejeweled stars game not loading cannot obtain badge or change challenge plz advise. I have cleared cache closed brower and logged back in issue not resolvable

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

Hi.
I have a problem with Bejeweled Stars. I am using Samsung S23. Level 1373, but 1374 won't unlock.
I've restared phone, app, connected game to fb (same problem ob tablet), updates are latest, cache cleared.
My player number is 10165181845423304. Samsung SM-S911B.
Please let me know what can I do to proceed.
