Billing

I have been trying to update my billing info. for over a month. Your system just times out on the billing page. If I try to contact EA by any method , the BOT cant authenticate something who knows....I have been a member for over 10 years, this is i cant update my card info!!! Who an help me? EA is absolutely no help

  • @Depart28 Something I found works for others is this...

    Remove your card information... Sign out... Sign back in... Re-enter your card information... Please let me know if that works for you.
