Boggle Bash freezing

Boggle Bash freezing.

Has anyone else experienced Boggle Bash freezing mid-game.  I'm not sure if it the game or something with my computer.  I first noticed this after an Intel update in mid-September.  I've scoured the Event Viewer, resolved a few issues but none that fixed the game freezing.  I even contacted Dell support who was unable to find the problem.  Any tips on resolving this would be appreciated.

  • An update to my original post.  Thank you for your suggested fixes but it was found the issue was/is with my computer.  While investigating the freezing issue I had searched for fixing an Event Viewer error "“Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported” which directed me to "Services" (services.msc) and there disable Microsoft Account Signon Assistant.  That seemed to stop the freezing but prevented logon to Minecraft until that service setting was changed to manual.  Doing this, allows logon to Minecraft but the computer freezing returned.  The search for a solving computer freezing continues.
