bug problem with merge academy

I have sat here for six hours and I am still waiting on the ability to have enough lighting bolts to play this game. What in the world is the problem? Screen name Bckyb48 Game Merge Academy ...

It took my ability to make books and scripts. It took the book making away for some reason. This game seems to be full of bugs. Can't play the game if you can't make certain items.. I did everything they said to do but was still the same.

    It's no longer there. It done the can not save thing then froze up. When restarted it was no longer there. I have done everything that I was told to do. Still nothing. I even got on a tablet, computer and my phone. Done the same to them. Still nothing.
