This is the 2nd time in 3 days all progress was lost and the game started from the beginning again. I don’t understand why it is happening but I would appreciate a response.

Hello…I was playing the new game Matching Moments, I was up to level 70, and the next day I was back to the start. But the tokens remained on the game. Today, the levels stayed where I left off at 40, but the tokens reset. Grrrr.
I played a new game Matching Moments and got to the third chapter. When I next logged in the game sent me back to the beginning although the credits of 4000 odd coins still showed. I do not want to play all those early levels again and wonder if it is possible to have my position in the game reinstated.

This has happened to me 4 times. I have reported it each time. It is completely unacceptable!
Yesterday I completed the three badges for the launch - was on chapter 4 or 5 and this morning the game has loaded at the beginning again - this needs to get sorted - Pogo can you please reinstate my progress - many thanks -

Not losing progress but won't finish off a badge for me. The win 10 levels. I've had 9 for about 6 or 7 wins now. :(

Hello! Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with progress not being saved, this can indeed be frustrating.
These problems are likely related to how the game stores your progress data, which is saved directly in your browser's cache and cookies and speaks to Pogo servers.
This is why we commonly hear "clear your cookies and cache" and check for "browser and device updates". This gives our devices a clean and updated path to speak with Pogo servers. Anytime we see the site acting a bit odd, this is the time to log out and perform these troubleshooting steps.
Recent browser updates (like Chrome/Edge 141 or iOS/iPadOS 18.7.2) may have changed how games access saved data, causing the game to lose track of your progress. Currently our devices are experiencing a lot of updates, make sure to watch for updates a little more than usual.
Please try logging out completely, trying the troubleshooting steps and logging back in. Currently I am on Level 60 and was able to complete the free badges yesterday, however I will be watching for any unsaved progress.
