bug problem with merge academy
I have sat here for six hours and I am still waiting on the ability to have enough lighting bolts to play this game. What in the world is the problem?

It gave no message when it happened. Afterwards I keep getting a message saying unable to save. This is the only game on pogo I have had a problem with.
I guess there was no fixing this issue. Never heard back from no one except passing me around to people who tell me the same thing over . So with nothing new I am about to stop playing this game. I can't get no further because I can't make the books or scripts required to move one unless I buy the items.
It's bad when I have been a member of pogo for as long as I have plus pay to play games and not only is one of the games messed up , but now no feed back from ea at all. If you can fix or restart it for me why even have it. I done everything I was told. Still nothing. It's been dragging along for a while now. All I want it merge academy fixed when I can make books and scripts again. It's not my fault the game has a bug and took that item that makes them off. This is starting to get just plain aggravating. Makes me wonder why I am even still trying to play and not deactivate my account with pogo or stop being a paying member. When there is no help when a game goes buggy or wrong. By the way the item it took can't be sold. It is the thing that makes the scripts and books. I will keep updating every week till I either get it fixed or give up and do what I was thinking about doing and stop payment and deactivate. Great way to lose a member that has been a member for 18 years.
