4. Try Incognito Mode - This mode runs Chrome with default settings.  
   1. How: Click on the three dots > New Incognito Window.  
   2. Why: It helps to see if the issue is related to settings or extensions.
5. Check Payment Settings - Ensure that payment methods are correctly set up.  
   1. How: Go to the settings of the game or platform where you purchase gems and review payment methods.  
   2. Why: Ensures no errors are stopping your purchase.
