can not get on gin.

I went and bought a new chrome book because my old one would not work on gin.  well this one does not either and I am so upset I am ready to give up pogo. I play this game daily and it is good for my husband who has Alzheimer's and now he is upset.  please help us be able to play with out it just spinning like it is trying to go into a game.
