Solitaire Home Story - Phil's House of Cards

I was playing and was on a very rare winning streak.  After each win, the meter that leads to the treasure chest wasn't moving at all.  I thought maybe it may after the last win, but, sadly, no.  The treasure chest was moving, but the meter wasn't.  Help?... lol
