Canasta HD - Rating goes down after winning games

there is a bug associated with this game   your tech support told me I had to report it here.  I am winning games and my rating is going down. [removed] fix the problems  [CM edit - Updated title ...

@EA_Arrenai Im not receiving credit for won games with a frozen pile. I am playing with robots, does that make a difference?
