cancel club pogo

i want to cancel my subscription to pogo i did not want to renew for this year and i would like my money back  as i can no longer play with my eyesite going down so please send my money back for this    jp ann steele   aka delonejo

    How to cancel your membership: 

    Click on your mini profile picture and the drop-down menu will appear, click on MY ACCOUNT

     

    At the very bottom of this page, you will see a link to Cancel your Subscription

     

    If you would like to speak to EA Help about your payment options, click on the link below and select Chat with Us and follow the steps to create a case and chat with a representative. 

    EA Help > I want to cancel my Club POGO membership - Pogo

    been trying for months to cancel the games and they still chargong me 39.99 even tho np cards in my wallet  i wantmy money back
