cannotsend msg in guestbook

i have contacted EA HELP  2xs. report numbers79972912 and 80267195, the issue is: i can receive guestbook msgs but cannot send a GB msg. when i click on the senders name it takes me 2 their HD profile.i can get into GB from pogo homepage but still cannot send a msg. in the 1st report the tech gave me instructions to clear cache which i did. didn't work...in second report  tech gave me detailed instructions on how to clear cache from firefox and  i did that with  tech's help and i after i restarted the comp n logged into  my acct the GB still  did not perform. i have had this problem since April 13, 2021. i have been  entering my GB prior to the 13th by  going to classic pogo and then clicking on my name which takes me directly to GB.  i then click on players name and getto their profile to type a msg..the main problem is i can't get into anyones classic profile. this is no longer possible for me.  Thank you
