Can't load Cookie Connect

I  can't  play cookie connection   game will not load so I can play. Always could play it  just started all of a suddencan't  get merge  or lucky cat bingo to play either.. Jig saw hunter  will load  but I can't move the  pieces of the puzzles..    Pearl 19433   - Snip-

Sorry to hear you're having issues playing Cookie Connect.

i am on a PC i have tried it on different browser and have cleared cookies and history

So if the team is aware of the problem with cookie connect why is it taking so long to fix it? from the chat room this has been going on for several months. there has been 2 challenges in the past month and no one can play or get credit for it

exactly but its been over a month since jan 14th with updates.  i played it day before on jan 13th no issues

Cookie Connext has not been loading for almost three weeks.  Yet, POGO keeps announcing challenges for this game and we can't play them. I play on a PC and uses Chrome.  I have never had problems loading this game for this length of time.  I have reported it 3 times.

Windows 11 Home on a Microsoft surface laptop. I am using Chrome but have tried other browsers and it's still not loading

I've got the EXACT same issue.  Even tried loading it on other devices with the same result.  I'm almost convinced that it's with specific accounts and not settings.
