Can't login to my Pogo account

For a week now I have been unable to login to my account. It just keeps taking back to the login screen over and over. Since I have a Club Pogo account I really don't want to create a new account and...

    It's possible you're not signing in with the right account. An advisor should be able to help with this though. Try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

I have been trying to login to my Pogo account for almost a month with no luck.  I've been a member since the late 1990's.  All I get is that I have to reset my password.  I do that and I'm back to where I started.  EA had better get it fixed or you're going to be losing A LOT of old time customers!!
