Word Whomp Badge Not Working

Hello! Sorry to hear about the issue with Word Whomp not counting the final 5 for the UFO Diner Roadside, this was a fun collection 🙂 I like the one with the dinosaur too!

Generally, when we see progress not counting or all the sudden stop, this is a good time to log out of Pogo and clear your cookies and cache. 

Our browsers save pieces of any site to load it faster. Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, cookies and cache can become outdated or bloated pretty quickly. Which will lead to:

• Progress bars freezing
• Challenges not registering
• Pages loading partial or outdated information
• Slow or glitchy game behavior

 

Give this troubleshooting step a try and I am confident this will help with the progress showing again.
