why aren't the numbers showing up on the gin cards. makes it very hard to play the game
The cards in Jungle Gin are missing their identifying marks, making it very difficult to play.
I am using a Samsung Tab A with Android version 9.
In Jungle Gin HD, when I switch the color of the cards (thank you for that feature!!), the numbers on some of the cards disappear. When I toggle the setting to return the cards to the original colors, the numbers are still missing. I have logged off/on the Pogo website, restarted the tablet, and cleared the cache in both Firefox and Chrome, yet the numbers are still missing.
Luckily, the numbers are visible when I logon to Pogo via my PC after using my tablet.
I am attaching screenshots from my tablet of the cards with the different colors as well as with the original colors, both of which have numbers missing.

If you're on PC, if you are able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac?

I am playing on a PC running windows 10. I too have cleared my cache and restarted my computer. I had the problem starting yesterday (4/8/2020)

To help track this down, would you be able to share your Pogo Compatibility Tool results, linked in the post above yours? It will help us get important information such as what browser version you're running.
Also, I do have a quick question: Did you also adjust your card color prior to the issue starting, or does it happen regardless of that setting for you?

i too am having the same problem. and by the looks of things we are never gonna get an answer on how to fix it.

I sent this over to the Pogo team yesterday, and they're currently investigating the issue. Thanks so much for your reports (especially the screenshots!), and I'll let you all know as soon as I have an update.
In the meantime, some things to try would be other browsers or devices to see if there's a difference in loading the card numbers for you.
