cards moving slow in canasta

I am done paying for this.. CanaSta cards moving slow made me lose 3 weeks in a row.. CANASTA IS WHAT I PAY FOR yOU HAVE IGNORED ME.. I WANT A NUMBER TO CANCEL MY POGO!
