I am not sure if anyone from Pogo even reads these posts, but I want to try again to let you know what is happening with the chat in Pogo Bowl. The entire area of the chat box disappears, and a solid back box appears. There is a message that comes on the screen saying, "looks like something went wrong, please try again later". You have to go to the tool bar at the top of the page to refresh the game. Of course, you lose your progress and your score when this happens, meaning you also have lost the tournament. I am asking you Pogo, to look into this matter and please respond so that we know you have read the complaint. This isn't happening to just 1 player, but to several different players each night. I will be waiting to hear what you find out.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

This is the standard answer we all receive when we file a complaint. It is not just my computer having issues. There are 4 or 5 others that are dealing with the same thing. It all started a week or two ago. I can't make myself believe that all our computers went crazy at the same time. I have not ever had the error message, but a message does pop up when the chat crashes, and it says, "looks like something went wrong, please try again". Once again, I am not the only player having the issue. I am the admin of the league so that is why I am filing the complaint. This league has been together for over 13 years, so we pretty much know what we are doing. It appears to be a problem on Pogo's end. Please check you program and then let me know what you find out.

I have one other thing to add to the chat issues. The game itself continues to operate normally; it is just that the chat disappears, leaving the black screen where the chat used to appear, and the message, "looks like something went wrong, please try again later." And one last question, do you or your staff even read these problems.
