Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

This is the standard answer we all receive when we file a complaint. It is not just my computer having issues. There are 4 or 5 others that are dealing with the same thing. It all started a week or two ago. I can't make myself believe that all our computers went crazy at the same time. I have not ever had the error message, but a message does pop up when the chat crashes, and it says, "looks like something went wrong, please try again". Once again, I am not the only player having the issue. I am the admin of the league so that is why I am filing the complaint. This league has been together for over 13 years, so we pretty much know what we are doing. It appears to be a problem on Pogo's end. Please check you program and then let me know what you find out.

I have one other thing to add to the chat issues. The game itself continues to operate normally; it is just that the chat disappears, leaving the black screen where the chat used to appear, and the message, "looks like something went wrong, please try again later." And one last question, do you or your staff even read these problems.

Just a quick update after tonight's bowling tours. We only had 6 players, and 3 of them lost chat forcing them to reboot and causing them to lose their game. I want to stress to you one more time, it is not our problem, it is Pogo's. All our computers did not suddenly crash at the same time. And if it was our computers we would be having more problems than the chat crashing.

I am not sure what information you are wanting. I will be glad to share anything concerning our issues with the chat in our league. I have pretty much posted everything that is going on. Just let me know what info you are looking for.
