Your suggestion of disabling the hardware acceleration solved the problem.
The game runs a little slow but at least it works.

Thank you, but as I stated, the change of browsers and disabling hardware acceleration worked a little bit at first but is no longer working for me at all. I've tried different window sizes and it's still freezing at the first move. Again, why all of a sudden is this game broken like this when it's been working fine for a very long time until recently? Why can't it just be fixed???
