Cookie Connect - unable to advance past level 60

From the screenshot it appears that when you took the s shot that area was not open yet. Keep checking to see if it is open now. Let us know itf it isn't available to you yet, :}

@Nortnmom there are hundreds of levels available to play on cookie connect. The problem is that I can't get to any of them. I have more than enough stars to advance to level 60 so many stars in fact that I have been able to unlock level 90 with no issue. I just can't play any of the levels because they are greyed out. And if you notice in the screenshot many of the levels say the same thing "70" which is clearly a glitch. I have been checking my cookie connect daily since February 15th and nothing has changed. I have filed multiple tickets with EA and nothing as been done. I pay for club pogo yearly and have been for 12 years now. This is pretty unacceptable in my opinion since this game is quite literally unplayable for me at this point.

  I completely agree with you! I have been a paying member for over 10 years and I played this game to the point of having 3 stars in every level even level 60 and still can not get to level 61 and above. Quite frustrating for sure. This has been an issue for several months now and I am fed up! Wish they would take this serious and fix it.

  Ditto! I was past level 60, now levels above it are all marked 70 and greyed out.

  I’m stuck here too. And I can’t even submit anything to pogo about it. I just keep going in circles to find my answer. I tried creating a case and I can’t.

    I'm having the same problem. I'm at level 60 and it won't let me past. I even completed the daily puzzle that supposedly opened bonus levels. I'm trying to get the badge for the birthday celebration. Has anyone gotten help from Pogo. I pay for a membership also.
