I completely agree with you! I have been a paying member for over 10 years and I played this game to the point of having 3 stars in every level even level 60 and still can not get to level 61 and above. Quite frustrating for sure. This has been an issue for several months now and I am fed up! Wish they would take this serious and fix it.

@Sheridj54 It's ridiculous. Why should I pay for something that apparently I can't get any support for if something goes wrong. They also locked my thread about the issue on the pogo forum and deleted responses. Total BS
