EA POGO not loading cookie connect to play for challenges. Large number of other players having the same problem.. POGO needs to fix the problem and not keep telling everyone to fix the cache when it is thoroughly on the game and webs side.

The suggestion of clearing your systems cache and other system checks is to ensure our devices have a fresh start and ensure they are up to date in order to help determine the root of some common occurrences. Our computers operate multiple programs simultaneously, with some receiving daily updates. Occasionally, our devices will alert us to these updates, while at other times, they may not depending on the device, make/model and individual setting preferences.

It has nothing to do with cookies or caches or the typical responses. When I am signed in to my account, the game will not load. If I sign out and click on it as a guest, it immediately loads with no problem.
I just bought a game on the Fairy Tale Ball challenge and got #40 which is Cookie Connect. That game hasn't loaded in weeks and now I'm out 10 gems. I hope I get those gems back. That game should've been removed from there until it's fixed.
same usual responses. our caches are clear. maybe pogo needs to clean theres since the game hasnt loaded since jan 14th
almost 2 months already it hasnt been working and no updates
Wondering what Pogo will do with the Ball challenge since we can not complete it. This game hasn't worked for months and yet they put it in a game wide challenge. Not only can't we get the badges for the 3 Cookie Connect challenges BUT we can;t get the challenge completion badge. Can someone from Pogo PLEASE address our concerns???
