I went back and tested my theory that Pogo's server is somehow either not saving my progress in Cookie Connect for very long or is having an issue with losing data when it comes to my account, at least. Attached are screen prints showing that, once again, I successfully played through levels 785, 786 and 787, respectively, yesterday 12/4. Sure enough, I went back today 12/5 and once again progress has been lost. I've already been through all the steps suggested in the last response I received before yesterday's experiment. I also sent the information requested regarding my HP laptop so there is nothing more I can think of providing except more screen shots to show I'm not the one responsible for lost progress nor ever could be given the number of my successful attempts at completing level 784.
If it matters, I already completed the most recent badge marathon of 25 badges and have earned over a couple dozen more since my last post regarding this issue. Not a single other game presents any issue whatsoever for me. Progress was saved by Pogo after every game as per usual for every single other game except Cookie Connect. It's worth noting that I did successfully complete the Cookie Connect badge as part of the aforementioned badge marathon requiring over 20 wins in two weeks. Obviously I retained the badge as can be seen in my collection and there is no way I could have progressed to the next badge in line in this marathon without completing the requirements for this Cookie Connect badge.
I'll leave the rest up to EA. I'm frustrated at all the power ups used to gain progress through Level 800 only to see them wasted finding myself continuously back at Level 784. Thank you in advance for all the help I'm hoping to receive to hopefully rectify this situation. Merry Christmas.
