Cookie Connect: Progress lost, finished Level 800, got badge, now back at 784
I tried contacting EA Help twice regarding lost progress in Cookie Connect and both times I was treated like a neophyte user who didn't know anything about how to clear cache or DNS when troubleshoot...

Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
