Cookie connect

Playing the mothers day special and cookie connect will let you play when it tallying at the end will freeze and won't give you credit for the game, Its doing on PC and computer what a big rip off pogo isi.

    Hey there, sorry for the delay getting back to you guys. This issue has been raised on our side and the teams are investigating this bug, so hopefully this should be fixed soon. Thank you all for your patience and your reports, I hope you'll be able to complete the Cookie Connect game soon!

    I am also unable to use Cookie Connect the way it used to work and now I cannot go any further with the series of games because I am unable to get past Cookie Connect.  I am using my laptop that I have always used and this has NEVER happened to me before.  I am using Google Chrome too. 

    PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASAP...

    This has to be an issue on your end.

    I want my Owl Butterfly badge, too, but it requires serving Customers in Cookie Connect, and when I serve the customers, the game freezes and won't record progress toward the Owl Butterfly Badge!

    Trying to complete a serving customers challenge as part of Tea time for mum and also 

    Pack 2 - Metamorphosis Badges finish the game then it does final cookie clearance then freezes.  I have cleared all cache (did not fix problem) and using chrome my husband who on another PC computer identical to mine does not have the problem.   Is it a problem a Pogo end?  How do I cancel a challenge and then restart as this might fix the problem

    As usual ea blames the issue on my PC and Browser. I told them I used 3 different devices and 3 different browsers with the same resulting freezing at the end of game play, but it's my equipment and software?

    I think POGO should just award credit for all of the Cookie Connect challenges (Daily, Metamorphosis Collection, and Tea Party) since obviously so many people are having trouble with THAT game and not with other games.  That would be a FAIR solution!

    @dejavu1016Ng And also, POGO should remove any new challenges for Cookie Connect that it is offering for sale (I just saw one yesterday) so that unsuspecting people don't spend Gems on them and then not be able to play or win them. Wait until the problem is fixed, before offering any more Cookie Connect challenges. That's also FAIR.

    Mine has been doing it for 3 days now. I even went out of the game and restarted my computer but to no avail. Now have adaily challenge to make matters even more frustrating.

    I too, am having this problem with cookie Connect. I finish the game and before it can score it, it freezes up. Have been having this problem since saturday and it still isn't fixed. Now it is the daily game and it is impossible to finish.

    Please fix this bug asap
