Merge Academy not giving me credit for my purchases

  1. On Jan. 28th around 10:15 pm, I made a purchase and lost 20 gems.    
  2. On Feb. 6th around 10:35 pm, I made a purchase of 40 gems to buy 100 coins and was not credited the coins.      My email address is: kmon1262@comcast.net.

  • me to. how do i keep losing gems when i go to buy something it takes my gems but doesn't give me what i bought

  • I am sldo having issues with the same problem  I have lost about three hundred gems since January.  Are they going to correct the problem and reimburst the gems
