Merge Academy

Merge Academy has screwed me every time that I advance a level.  Today, I won the level award, 10 coins and 100 energy.  I never got the 100 energy.  This is at least the 3rd time it has happened. At first I thought I misread it.  Then I thought it must be a glitch and may get fixed on its own.  Today is the third time.  I see by all these posts, others get screwed with this game too.  There are many times I have taken screenshots of where my items are - go away and come back - and my items are gone - even items that I have purchased.  I feel like this game specifically is super glitchy on giving the items and retaining them.
