Dice City Roller HD

I am a host with Pogo (and the Friends2Friends League. I can not set a tour with DCR HD unless I set it at least 8 times. It is rediculous. We are losing members. They won't wait while Pogo fools aro...

    Hey @1watergirl,  

      

    Would you mind going through some steps we have listed in our HTML5 Troubleshooting Guide, and then check if Dice City will fully load? 

    If you continue to have issues can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? (you can attach them to this post and I'd love to take a look) 

      

    Also thank you for the feedback in bringing some of our older games back, while we might not be able to bring the exact game back due to changes in web technology and the end of Flash and Java support we can always share this feedback with our team to see if adding an HTML5 version would be possible.

I am SO tired of this.  Last night (Tuesday), we could not play in our Private room...the Host could open the room, but the players could not find it, so we played in a Public room.  Tonight (Wednesday), there are NO rooms showing at all...not Private and not Public.  Dice City Roller has had these issues first opening and they do nothing to fix it despite numerous complaints.  We can play fine for a week straight, and then all of sudden, rooms cannot be found and this goes on for a day or two and then it starts working again.  We have lost players in our group because of these constant unresolved issues.
