Chat in Dice City Rollers is not showing up. Why is Pogo having so many issues with their games and NOT doing anything about it? Where do I send this report? I reported Jungle Gin not working a month ago and it is still not working. SEems like EA Games needs new coders who can fix their issues
Hello! Sorry you haven't been informed of the latest updates with Jungle Gin. Additionally, I double checked and verified Dice City chat is working correctly. If you're not seeing chat, try logging out of pogo and Clearing Your Browsers Cache and Cookies, additionally double checking for system updates.
Why fixes are delayed: Unfortunately, the delay isn't due to coding issues - it's lack of player diagnostic information. Our community plays on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops using various browsers configured differently. Without specific technical details, the team cannot identify patterns to fix issues quickly. *Plus the end of Windows 10 and heavy upgrades to Windows and Apple devices currently happening for all of us. This isn’t just an upgrade cycle for our phones, computers, etc. — it’s a seismic shift in the digital landscape.

Think of it this way: You're a mechanic and 100 people say "my car makes a weird noise" but won't tell you:
What kind of car
When it happens
What it sounds like
Their transmission type
You can't fix what you can't diagnose quickly.
For browser-based games, issues typically stem from specific combinations of:
Browser versions (Chrome 141 vs 140)
Operating systems (especially with Windows 10 ending and Windows 11/Apple updates)
Graphics drivers and browser settings
The code works fine for many players - it's the interaction with specific system configurations causing problems for others. Help the team identify YOUR specific configuration so they can fix it faster.

The good news is the team is aware, and many will be able to play Jungle Gin again, hopefully soon.
People cannot join games in Jungle Gin. This issue has NOT BEEN RESOLVED!! Also if you are using a "touch screen" you cannot use it within game play = These 2 Issues have been ongoing for WEEKS!! Plz fix - as GIn is Memebers only - would be nice if we could play it.

Jungle Gin has been working right for months now - what is the problem. sometimes won't start, sometimes no cards and sometimes very slow - please, please fix these issues!!
