Did not receive coins in Merge Academy
On March 6, I bought 1,259 coins for 470 Gems in Merge Academy and never received my coins. Where do I go to get help with this issue. It seems EA gets harder with every issue I have.

Yesterday, I finally found a way in the contact EA to ask about my missing coins in Merge Academy. Can you believe they started with me in a que to be connected to an advisor. It said that my wait time was 9 minutes. SIX hours later my wait time was 2 minutes. The counter kept going up and down with no end in sight. I finally clicked the next page where it says Contact another way. It said I was 4th in line. I got connected at last and got nothing but "We know about the issue and are working on it" in 20 variations of ready (0n hand) scripted answers. Looks like we are screwed.
