Solitaire Home Story

I have had this issue a couple times as well, which is frustrating for an energy-based game. I'm not sure what the solution is, but Solitaire Home Story has been prone to bugs since its inception lol.

I have had an occasional game freeze mid game, happened earlier today in fact, thought I was going to finally win the "super hard level". Never 4 in a row, that sucks. 

True. Keep getting ‘a problem repeatedly occurred’ prompt. Other games work just fine. They should auto gift us the badges for solitaire home story.

It has been beyond frustrating and disappointing as it is needed to complete a number of challenges. I have repowered and restrtd with no success. I

I currently have 4 solitaire home story challenges I can't complete and will soon run out. Also unable to move on till done. Grrrrrr

Agreed. I have 2 right now and I’m stuck. They should just gift us the badges until they fix all the glitches. They keep offering new challenges but no fix for the problem.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your issues with Solitare Home Story, this indeed can be very frustrating.

Currently there is a Service Announcement about "loading issues" mentioned by Pogo Sconnie and the team. However not all players are experiencing this issue. Anytime we see Pogo not counting progress towards badges, freezing, not loading, etc. It is important for us to log out of Pogo and try the troubleshooting steps.
