Didn't receive annual benefits

We didn't receive our annual benefits this year when Club Pogo renewed and it has been 7 days. How do we contact support instead of being in an endless loop of trying to search for the right topic to actually get the option?

    I also didnt recieve my renewal gems. My user name is cfoxilady .I My account was updated on Jan 9th 2025

  • I know that the moderators, here, are volunteers and can't speak for the financial office at Pogo. But if there is a way to contact Pogo/EA it is buried deeply somewhere and the advice published herein doesn't help me. Perhaps you can escalate this to someone who works for EA/Pogo.

    For years, now, the policy has been to not only extend the yearly "dues" date by a couple of months at renewal but also to award the returning member 100 free Pogo gems.

    This year, my renewal date was in January 2025 and the next renewal date (2026) is exactly one year from the time my credit card was charged. Previously I'd have been given an extra period of time before the next due date. In addition (and more importantly, to me) I've been awarded no extra gems.

    Has there been a recent policy change?
