[Discussion] Pogo Merge Academy - Sewing Machine

Has anyone had problems with Pogo Merge Academy in regards to not having a sewing machine available to produce items to merge.   That has been my problem for a while.  It's now come to the point wher...

why cant you get this game fixed.   I do not have the sewing machine, so I cannot complete any orders as all orders require the sewing machine.  Reported this over a month ago.  And now, it tells me my energy is full, however, it is at zero.  This started happening 2 days ago.  Please stop giving us challenges on this game if it does not work right.  It is very frustrating.

    not the sewing machine for me just the energy. cannot leave my PC open on this game all day just to get some energy to play.

    I am having issues with this game so I can't do the weekly challenge!  Energy isn't working properly and there is no sewing machine to complete orders. Please advise!! Thank you

      Same, for the past 2 days energy is only building if i am actively sitting on the page watching it. I just logged on this morning after not playing for 24 hours and only have 5 energy

        I am having the same problem and can't seem to get anyone to look at problem.  I got answer back from Tech support NO Fix and closed my case.  Now can't play this week challenge in Merge Academy.  What can we do.

    So many of us are at a standstill with this game since we do not have a sewing machine.  Every order I need to complete needs the sewing machine and I have no parts for it.  So, for me, this game is unplayable.  What can you do to help us?

      I have been with POGO for over 20 years and I have dealt with such an issue. 

      I can't build a sewing machine, after of weeks and weeks, however I have other genators. 

      This has put me at such a stand still as all my orders require sewing machine items. 

      A sewing machine should be placed on all boards

      I am having the same problem.  All of my orders require a sewing machine, and I don't have one.  I need the sewing machine to complete the week's challenge.

    I am unable to get a sewing machine in Merge Academy.  I do NOT get the required things to get this.  I am at a standpoint where I cannot go any further in the game.  I now cannot do any of the challenges involving Merge Academy this week.  I did talk to an advisor in chat the other day and he told me he did not have the tools to access my account at that time and that I needed to check back.  I tried checking back today and now it says that I never filed a case report.  I have the case number and also screenshot of the chat.  Can someone please help?   Thank you

        Thanks for your response.  It seems this issue is taking a long time to fix.  I don`t understand why Pogo puts challenges out for it when there is no way for some of us to complete those challenges through no fault of our own.  I find Pogo customer service nonexistent.

        they do not care, i know that now, i didnt want to think it, a paying customer for years all the chalanges you put out to make orders with sewing machine still dont have it they still not fixed things she always love playing the games, they have completely killed her spirit, they should be ahame but i know they or not

    I am really wondering why I pay to be in this pogo club.  Cannot get help at all anymore with anything.

    MERGE ACADEMY go to help page and the EA form doesn't recognize the game. Ask the quick answer and it gives me answers for Battlefield instead of Merge Academy!!  I am paying to be here and there is no longer ANY help.  Seriously thinking of quitting.

    WHY CANT I GET A SEWING MACHINE in MERGE ACADEMY ??????    I have asked this and no answers!!!    Every order I have requires a sewing machine generator, but I can't get one.  I have spent a ton of money getting gems to renew energy thinking that would help. It doesn't  Energy runs out so quickly and we can't even do what needs to be done to move on in the game. The game doesn't show what level you are at?   Only areas etc.  and often it just takes me back to pogo home page for now reason. WHAT is going on?

    IF NOTHING can be done on this game I want to know.  No sense in me to continue to play if I can't get a stupid sewing machine!  I can't get anywhere if I can't fill orders.

    Really tired of this.

    Issues on Quinns aquarium for months.  Just exits game back to home page for no reason and can't finish a game. Makes it hard when it is on the monthly challenge.  IT seems it is on the challenge every sinlge time!  FIX it or stop putting it up! HORRIBLE!!!  We pay and cannot get a simple courtesy.  Give us an email option which was always available before.  So many things are supposedly new.  But service is not new and it is worse.

    Merge Academy, how do you get the sewing machine?  I cannot serve any more customers until I have the sewing machine.

      I tried to get help for my wife she been needing sewing machine for months, i have come to realize, they just dont csre, thats all it can be, they just dont care, no matter you been w10ith them 10 weeks or 20 years, they just dont care🥹

        Same here Hank. My wife and I share this account. I posted this problem a couple of times, and instead of fixing the problem, the mods blasted me for posting multiple times about the same issue. I replied back that if they fixed the problem in the first place, I wouldn't have to post multiple times. 

        They need to bring the programmers and reps back to the US from India.

      They should just give us the spinning wheels we need to upgrade the sewing machine. I also have the same issue I can not finish orders to move on with game

    I am so tired of trying to get help for anything on Pogo.  NO page that I have loaded has given me any help.  i go to the subjects I am given,  click the links and go back in circles to the EA page.  

    I don't know why I am paying to be here, seriously thinking of quitting.

    In merge academy,  pogo has made it part of the challenge for this month. One of them is to complete orders.  I cannot do ANY orders as I must have a sewing machine.  WHICH I do not have,  and apparently it is no longer available.  WHY is pogo featuring this game when it s NOT working?  MANY people are having the same problem as I am, and many different problems. 

    Do something for your players.  Give us a way to get help at the very least!

      Something eventually will have to happen concerning the Merge Academy Sewing Machine, it cannot sustain this way.

        Thank you very much for your response.  Very nice of you to take the time. 

        However this business with the sewing machine has been going on for a very long time.  If Pogo can't fix this, at least have the courtesy NOT to make it part of a badge challenge. We will not be able to acheive the badge in the challenge this month as it is not possible to fill orders without a sewing machine.  Pogo is aware of this. So why present part of the challenge as having to fill ten orders?  I can't fill ONE Order. 

        This company has NO care for the customers. NONE.  I'm not stressed, I am just fed up.  Beleve me when time comes to renew my membership I doubt I will do that. And I have been a member for a very long time.  Why isn't someone from this place contacting us?  Why not give us the challenge card?   All these challenges for this month and if we do them all it won't matter due to a little sewing machine thing in Merge Academy?  I find it hard to believe something can't be done about this.  Maybe it is just me.

        You have to merge the spinning wheel in order to get the sewing machine.
