Everytime in the new bowling game the pins disappear before my ball gets to them

Will you please tell me what to do....it doesnt matter what i check in that game the pins disappear before the ball gets to them and we have that challenge tomorrow please help!!

Yes, the ball and pins both disappear just before the ball should be hitting the pins. There was still time on the clock. The ball does not roll to the back of the lane.

Mine has been like that for years and it was one of my favorite games. I have missed a lot of badges due to this issue and it never got fixed.
