I would like to report a bug in Farm Merge Valley.

I just completed a sticker album page (Fantastic Flowers), and received the 300 chests and 300 energy. I already had 60 chests, so I had a total of 360. I played down to 325, and kept getting an error message that said it was having a hard time saving. It finally saved, so I closed out the game and logged back in. My energy I earned was still there, but all of my chests were gone except the typical 40.

Is there a way to have these re-credited to my account? So disappointing.

I am getting BONUS merges in Farm Valley. However, they are not counting towards my challenge. I'm on level 27 and finished a sticker book yesterday. Would love to use all these extra bonus crates (thank you) towards my challenge but they're just not being awarded to me. Help!

Farm Merge Valley just zeroed out my crystals. I only needed 45 to open a silver chest and it took my crystals down to maybe 3. I am frustrated enough because I spent $20 to buy gems so I could play. All I would like is my crystals back and all my energy etc that was lost. I am so sorry that I decided to get my club pogo back. I thought the errors were gone :(

It's definitely frustrating. I was excited to get the crates and try to build up my farm animals to get the things I needed to complete orders, and now that option is gone. sigh

They removed over 400 energy units AND crates after I completed Country Cravings yesterday. I'm also one of the lucky ones who never got the bonuses for completing a sticker album. That's almost 4,000 energy units and over 3,000 crates not awarded to me thus far. It's hardly worth playing or renewing my membership if they can't hire a competent coder. EA made over 7 billion (yes, BILLION) dollars last year, yet this is how they manage their end users. Getting comped a couple crates or units of energy isn't good enough.
