Re: Farm Merge Valley Constellation Rewards: No Crates Received

The same happened to me. Two different rewards of creates were not given.

I haven't received any rewards for Farm Merge Valley in over a month!!!  I just collected rewards from Pogis earned and I was supposed to get 7 gems (which I did), a Pogi completion badge (which I did) and 90 Farm Merge Valley crates (which I DID NOT)!!  This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm not a huge fan of this game and haven't really cared about not receiving rewards, but this is now 2 times I have gotten 90 crates but did not get them. What in the world is going on with this game??? UGH!!

Oh, and one more thing about not receiving ANY rewards for Farm Merge...... REFRESHING DOES NOTHING. CLEARING CACHES DOES NOTHING. AND NO, THEY DO NOT SHOW UP LATER. So please do not recommend those things as a fix! 

I Just had the same thing happen have refreshed and other stuff several times and have not received the 90 crates. What are we supposed to do to receive them.

Have you tried a different browser?  🤣

(sorry, couldn't resist - just had Chat ask me that same question, and I flat-out refused to comply.  Server-side issues are server-side issues and I could be using Lynx or Pulsing-N Netscape Navigator for all that browser choice matters for this issue.)
