I completed the sticker book for the first time around September 15th. I decided to be patient and wait on Pogo when I was not awarded the energy and crates at that time. On September 18th, I was relieved to receive a message from "Pogo_Spike" saying, "Hi there, Pogo Player! We identified an issue where some players did not receive their Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book completion rewards. We’ve granted the missing 2,750 Crates and 3,500 Energy to affected players. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience! -Your Friends at Pogo." Now it's October 15th, and the Farm Merge Valley game is on to a brand new sticker book! It's been a month since I was NOT awarded any crates and energy I earned for completing the first sticker book for the very first time. Though I was able to complete it a second time and had crates and energy awarded, I still want to get them from the first time I earned them. "Yes", it's not a big deal in a world full of natural and man-made misery, but I STILL want that energy and those crates. I spent the time to earn them. I paid Club Pogo membership 'dues' to access them. I ask that you honor the message you sent to me on September 18th stating that you HAD granted the missing crates and energy to those affected players. I was one of the players who was affected, and I've been patient for four weeks. Please help now.

I had a problem getting the 'peppers' sticker in Crop Carnival collection the second time around. For a while I was sure that they 'jacked' the game's computer code making the game issue all but one of the cards. That way the sticker book could not possibly be completed a second time. I was shocked when I finally earned it and even more surprised when I was awarded the energy and crates, because I hadn't gotten any the first time around. That you were not able to complete the Country Cravings collection is odd. It seems the harder cards were easier to collect, at least they were for me. I can certainly understand your frustration especially when you were purchasing additional items that should have made it possible. 😕

I had the exact same thing happen; I only needed one sticker to complete the album, and never received it. I also used my gems to purchase a large crystal pack (with sticker pack included), in hopes of getting the one sticker I needed, but it didn't happen. And it was a silly little 1 or 2-star sticker - not even one of the "hard" ones. I built up my vault stickers to 800, cashed that in, and still never received the last sticker. Very disappointing. 😞 Mine was in Country Cravings.

I feel for you TheBlackSheCat! I've played Farm Merge everyday on and off for a total of several hours, and keep getting the same stickers. I was within ONE sticker to complete the album, and never received it. That was with not only playing, but with buying crystals, and crystals, and crystals! A committed player who enjoys the game should be able to complete the sticker album. Now a new album has started and every time I get a sticker pack it just angers me because I feel "what's the use? I'll never receive all the stickers". Pogo, please don't make these games so difficult. I like pogo so much. Why anger players who have been with you for years?

I'm tired of not being able to get help with my issues with farm valley game, this time it took my sticker book away with only 4 stickers left to get, it made me start over on a new book. There is never a reply when trying to get help
