09/27/26 - Claimed but did not receive my Elyra the Hopeful Constellation Level 50 reward of 7 gems, and 90 crates (Reported yesterday)
09/28/26 - Foolishly played today and "sashed in" 500 stickers but received NOTHING.
Unbelievably aggravated!!!
The same happened to me, I should have received 200 crates tonight from Claimed prizes in Elyra the Hopeful along with an unknown number of crystals in Farm Merger. I was also supposed to receive coins in Merge Acadamey. I have not idea why I am not receiving my chosen prizes, and I am not sure what I did or not get for my other prizes. I can't figure out how to get my message to them.
